The screen you open first, the details about the property that everyone eventually needs, and ten minutes from signing up to something your group can use.

Open the app and know where things stand.

Home dashboard

The first screen answers the questions people actually arrive with: what's booked, what's coming, and is anything waiting on me.

A summary of the property, the current month's bookings, what's happening in the next thirty days, and, on paid plans, what's due financially. Each person's view reflects what their role can see; a property manager's home is built from visits and work orders rather than a version of the owner's view with holes in it.

The address, the coordinates, and a photo of the place.

Property profile

Everything about the property that someone eventually needs: where it is, how to get there, what it looks like. Held once instead of retyped into every message.

Description, mailing address, precise coordinates and a photo. Map links are generated from the coordinates, so they work on any device rather than favouring whoever pasted the link. Each field is private by default and can be shared with guests individually. A visitor can get the address without getting everything else. Photo uploads are stripped of embedded location data on the way in, because a phone photo of a cabin quietly carries the cabin's coordinates.

Guided setup

The hardest part of adopting anything shared is the first hour. The setup walks the first person through the four things that make the product work for everyone else.

Name the property, invite the other owners, choose the booking rules, and start the staples list from a sensible default. Every step can be skipped and resumed: start it on a phone, finish it on a laptop. It exists because a group that never gets past step one never finds out whether the product would have helped.
