Guests
A welcome book on a link that expires, and one field for your guest to tell you the toilet's running.
The people you lend the place to, looked after without giving them the keys to everything.Every group has a version of this: the email you rewrite each time with the alarm code, the wifi, which bin goes out and where the spare propane is.
Everything a visitor needs, on a link that expires.
The guest welcome book
Every group has a version of this: the email you rewrite each time with the alarm code, the wifi, which bin goes out and where the spare propane is. Write it once and send a link.
A property-level welcome book: arrival instructions, house information, wifi, house rules and a local guide. Share it with a guest through a link tied to their stay. The link expires and can be revoked at any time, and the raw link is shown once when it's created and never stored anywhere it could leak. If it's lost, you issue a new one.
Your guest can tell you the toilet's running, without a phone call.
Guest damage reporting
Guests notice things. Most of them don't want to bother you, and most of what they noticed is gone by the time you next visit. Give them one field to type it into.
A guest can report a problem from the same link that carries their welcome book. It arrives on the owners' side as a maintenance work order, clearly marked as guest-reported so the origin is never ambiguous. No account, no friction, no lost information, and the report is attributed to the stay it came from.
