Some stays aren't one owner's booking. They belong to the group. A gathering is that: dates, who's coming, what's happening, and a way to invite people from outside the ownership group.
Create a gathering with dates and details, invite owners and guests, and track who's actually coming. Attach a work plan when the weekend has jobs attached to it. It sits alongside the calendar rather than inside it, because a gathering is a different kind of thing from one family's week in July.

The people you want at the cabin are not going to create an account to tell you they're coming. Send them a link.
Guests receive a link that lets them see the gathering and respond. No account, no password, no app. The link is scoped to that one gathering and nothing else. A guest sees what they were invited to and no part of the property's finances, maintenance or calendar.
